Comprehensive End-to-End Die Casting Mold Services

Moldie's complete suite of die casting mold and tooling services is designed to give you a clear path from part design to production-ready tooling. We engineer molds for a variety of die casting alloys, primarily Aluminum, Magnesium, and Zamak.

Our tooling support goes beyond mold making alone. To help your castings meet aesthetic and functional standards once you run production, we design molds with secondary operations in mind, including:

Precision Die Casting Tooling: High-pressure molds for complex, durable part shapes.
Deburring & Machining Allowance: Tooling designed so flash and edges can be refined cleanly after casting.
Surface Treatment Ready: Mold design that supports sandblasting, powder coating, electroplating, and electrophoretic paint on your finished parts.

We believe that great design is the foundation of a successful mold. Through close collaboration with our clients, we translate ideas into blueprints and use advanced die casting tooling practices to integrate your specifications into the mold assembly.

From Tooling for Intricate Small Parts to High-Volume Production Molds

Scalability is a critical factor for large die casting tooling projects. We understand that our clients have diverse needs depending on their product lifecycle and market demands. That is why our mold shop is set up to handle a wide spectrum of tooling sizes.

If you are developing intricate components that require tight tolerances and complex geometries, our expertise in tooling for die casting small parts ensures that even the most minute details are engineered into the mold. On the other hand, if you are preparing for a major market launch, we build production molds for high-volume die casting.
Regardless of the volume, the result is always a durable, low-maintenance die-casting mold that will serve your production reliably for years.

State-of-the-Art Mold Making Equipment

To consistently deliver world-class tooling, we have invested heavily in advanced machinery. Our shop floor is equipped with highly efficient machines that support fast mold making and mold trial without sacrificing precision.

Our main equipment includes:

Hot Chamber Die Casting Machines: 2 sets (138T / 160T) used to support mold trial for zinc and magnesium alloy tooling.
Cold Chamber Die Casting Machines: 10 sets ranging from 180T to 2500T, used to support mold trial for aluminum tooling.
CNC Machining Centers: A total of 23 sets (including 4 sets of H850, 17 sets of TC-710, and 2 sets of TC-500) to ensure exact dimensional accuracy on mold components.
CNC Lathes: 9 sets (7 sets of RP-120 and 2 sets of RP-170) for high-precision turning operations.
Drill and Tapping Machines: 30 sets to handle rapid and precise threading and hole-making on tooling.

Quality Control and Testing

As a responsible die casting mold maker, we know that quality is essential. Every mold that leaves our facility undergoes rigorous inspection. We have established a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) department equipped with industry-leading testing instruments to verify structural integrity, material composition, and dimensional accuracy of your tooling.

Our main testing equipment features:
-CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
-Spectrometer
-Projector
-Pneumatic Measuring Tools
-Salt Spray Test Machine
-Hardness Tester
