Our engineering journey starts with custom mold design. Because the feeder bracket must integrate seamlessly with both the vibrating bowl and the machine chassis, our engineers create molds that form complex interlocking geometries without material warping.
Once the near-net shape is molded, we apply targeted CNC machining to the mounting threads and mating surfaces. The resulting feeder support bracket boasts an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and rigid stability. It isolates feeder vibrations from the main robotic arm.
