La lega del componente (Zamak \/ leghe di zinco secondo le specifiche del pezzo) \u00e8 definita per il componente; acciai per stampi, piastre portastampo e trattamenti termici sono specificati separatamente per lo stampo.<\/p>\n<h3>Ambito dell&#8217;attrezzatura<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Revisione DFM per flusso, riempimento e sovrametalli di lavorazione nella pressofusione ad alta pressione (HPDC)<\/li>\n<li>Progettazione dello stampo: divisione, attacchi, canali, pozzetti di trabocco, sfiati ed estrazione<\/li>\n<li>Lavorazione CNC di cavit\u00e0 e anime, aggiustaggio e assemblaggio<\/li>\n<li>Supporto alle prove e riscontri dimensionali sui primi campioni<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nota sui materiali<\/h3>\n<p>La lega del componente (Zamak \/ leghe di zinco secondo le specifiche del pezzo) e l&#8217;acciaio dello stampo (acciaio per utensili con durezza adeguata agli stampi per pressofusione) sono specificati separatamente.
